Why is it not possible to see products and prices?

Prices of zaZa’z pre-order will be visible after you logged in on our website. Without a log in you won’t be able to see our prices. If you would like to have an account at the zaZa'z pre-order webshop you can send an e-mail to: info@zazaz.nl

How can i get acces to the webshop?

You can get acces to the website with the log-in zaZa'z created for you. You will become your log-in details such as password per e-mail. If you would like to change your personal detais you are able to do this in your account.

How can I pay?

You can pay per bank transfer.  After you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation and invoice per e-mail. Please note this is not your final invoice yet. Please do not pay already. When the articles of your order are on stock and your order is ready for shipment you will receive your final invouce per e-mail. Your payment can only take place after receiving your final order because of some possible changes that may have to be made to the invoice.

Who is able to log in and place an order at this website?

zaZa’z is a wholesaler that sells fashion and fashion accessories. Only retailers can buy at zaZa’z. Private individuals are not able to log in or place an order at the website of zaZa’z.

How will the goods be shipped?

Goods will be shipped with DPD.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs of zaZa’z are €8,00- excluding VAT within the Netherlands. For Germany a standard amount of €15,00-  per package of 0-20 kilos  will be charged with possible additional costs for a remote area. For other foreign shipments, the costs are determined based on the weight of the package and the destination. The shipping costs can be found on the invoice. By questions about shipping costs before placing an order zaZa’z can be contacyed per mail or by phone.

How long will it take before  I receive the goods?

After you have placed an order and the items of your order are on stock your order will be picked. After you received the final invoice with corresponding payment reference you can pay and and have when you transferred the final invoice amount before 14:00 PM, and give us notice per e-mail, zaZa’z will in most cases be able to ship the package the same day. In most cases the goods will arrive in one or two business days. Ofcourse there are exceptions for unforeseen cases or when the goods will have to be shipped to certain countries or places.

I have already bought or ordered in your Cash&Carry or at an fair, do I  still have to register?

Yes, to place an order at our website our see our products online it is necessary to have a log-in first. An account will be created by zaZa'z and you will receive your log in details. If you would like to have an account at the zaZa'z pre-order webshop you can send an e-mail to: info@zazaz.nl
